Born colored in the slave state, Marcus Smith lost both his parents Marcus Arrington and Patricia White through racial prejudice. He is later accused of murder and found guilty by the state court, when three gunmen broke into his house and shot his whole family in cold blood. Whiles in prison, his boyhood friend Luther Mangrove is electrified by the execution team for elegantly involve in serial killing, which claimed the life of the state senator Brain Andre. Meanwhile the president of state must sign amnesty to release state prisoners and Marcus is denied of bill, when the family of the deceased bribed the state commissioner to release a death sentence on Marcus.
The film features Peter Azaare and Hendricks Jakes as both the prison officer and the church priest with George Terry playing the role of the state judge.
